(Tech Divers Boot Camp) Working in cooperation with Mike Ange Expeditions® UEV has wrapped principle photography and is in post-production of a documentary about scuba divers who push themselves to the cutting edge of their sport, and the skills and discipline required to get them there.
This unique educational diving program has been the subject of magazine articles and caught the attention of the dive industry and its top professionals. The Sub-Aquatic Survivor (SAS) Program projects are a series of courses first launched in 2001 by noted author, photojournalist, and diving safety expert, Michael Ange with the goal of providing training that takes divers beyond the limits of the roped off sea, and provides the skills to make them more competent, safer divers. The Sub Aquatic Survivor’s fast track to technical diving program, also called the Tech Divers Boot Camp, allows recreational divers with advanced, nitrox, deep diver and rescue certifications to build the skills and background knowledge necessary to become TRIMIX divers in a challenging, fast paced, and intellectually demanding course.
