Quest For Sunken Warships
Quest For Sunken Warships
This is the television show on the Military Channel that I worked on..!

Former owner and Skipper of
the legendary Dive boat Seeker, Captain Dan Crowell has dived
into a new career of underwater cameraman, Director and TV
producer. Teamed with New York based Kralyevich Production, Inc.
(KPI - a unit of Lightworks Producing
Group) Crowell and his company Seeker Digital Productions
(SDP) have contracted with Discovery's Military channel to produce a
special series called "Quest For Sunken Warships" (formally Sea
Battles) slated to premier this September.
The four part special series follows veteran wreck diver and underwater cameraman Dan Crowell and his hand picked specialized dive team consisting of David Ulloa and Becky Kagan and a specialized group of support divers as they sift through the wreckage that now rests on the bottom of the world’s oceans. Their focus is to help shed light on some of the most amazing conflicts fought on the ocean's battlefields.

In 1942 German U-boats turned the waters off Cape Hatteras North Carolina into a sea of death. For six months the marauding U-boats patrolled the area unchallenged, sinking countless ships that littered the ocean and beaches with oil, cargo and bodies. (60min)

In February 1944, the World War II tides are turning as the U.S. makes steady inroads against the Japanese in the South Pacific. But hiding among the islands is Truk; a self-contained fortress with a deep lagoon, high islands and circling barrier reef. (60min)
The massive aircraft carrier rests in 212 feet of water in a north-south orientation on the sandy bottom. With an overall height of 151 feet, there is plenty of ship to view within recreational dive limits. (60min)
A
team of divers set out to examine what they thought was a sunken supply
ship. They find the hull of a World War II United States Navy Destroyer
instead. They've also found a mystery because according to Navy records
the USS Murphy never sank. (60min)
